I am grateful for the unbeatable location near the train station. The rooftop bar offered wonderful view. The staff seemed friendly and ready to help. Breakfast had many options and everything you could want.

the location was acceptable, just across from the train station.
The room had a musty odor! i found mold in the corners of the ceiling, it was unpleasant. the restaurant service was slow, and they messed up my order! to make it worse, my wife's jacket went missing from our room. The staff didn't respond to our complaint.

the room was cleaned daily, what i appreciated. the foods in the hotel were healthy. the canal where you can ride the gondola is just right outside the hotel.
The walls are thin, i could hear someone talking next door. the breakfast was not worth having. Only bare minimum was provided. the room was small, what i didn't like.
